5-05-10: League Pictures Have Been Scheduled
Please check your email for details. You can find more information on the Price List or Action Shots or you can go to the bottom of the Documents page. Please get in touch with Jason Pound at 918.636.5385 or the contact information in the fliers. The dates are May 6th, and May 10th through 14th. All pictures will be taken at Bentley Park.
4-14-10: Schedule and Results Links Have Changed!
We are centralizing the ARVB schedules and results to better manage the effort between all the facilities. In order to do that, we have (as an association) registered a new domain and scheduling/results tracking software. The schedule and results links will send you to the ARVB site where you can find your current information. We will evaluate using our league management package vs. what the other facilities are using to net us the best management system for our efforts and money. PLEASE NOTE: This change impacts ages 7U through 14U both competitive and instructional/recreational. Ages 6U and down will still use our local management package. You will still want to use this site as your home page for the league as we'll continue to post BYB specific information here and general ARVB information on the integrated site.
4-13-10: Volunteers and Press Secretary
Parents and Coaches - we are looking for a "press secretary" to help us with our communication efforts. If you are interested, please email us and let us know. We'll put your marketing and communications skills to work immediately! Also, we could use some help with monitoring the fields during league nights. No experience necessary and you will be paired with a board member. Please let us know if you would like to help out. You can email us at info@bixbyyouthbaseball.org for more info and to sign up.
4-12-10: Rules and Schedules:
Please continue to check the schedule link for minor changes each week to insure you are where you should be. Also, please note that the rules pages have been updated with the official ARVB rules for both competitive and rec from 7U through 14U. Once our official ARVB site is up and running, we will point the centralized schedules and results.
4-7-10: Baseballs:
Coaches, please be sure to bring game balls to the fields. The league is not supplying either division with game balls this year. T-Ballers will have the L5 RIF balls provided, for each game. Other than T-Ballers, all game balls are to be regulation baseballs. The umpires have been told not to allow overused and/or synthetic baseballs.
4-5-10: Opening Day!

Prospective Teams and Players:
We are open for both competitive and instructional levels of baseball. We adhere to the USSSA sanctioned rules & follow the age breakdowns of USSSA. We are offering teams the opportunity to play in inter-league matchups with All-Star (certain ages) and Broken Arrow this season, and are working through a post season tournament that will be one of the best in the state for league style baseball. If you win this one, you'll be well on your way to placing well at the state and national tournaments.
